Developing a Result-Based Monitoring System for the GTZ RED Uttarakhand Programme

The Regional Economic Development Programme Uttarakhand aims at bridging the economic divide between backward hilly regions and prosperous plains. Through the development of selected value-chains and clusters with potential for inclusive growth , the creation of improved framework conditions for pro-poor market development and the improvement of market access for small and medium – sized enterprises (MSME) and producer organisations, the programme contributes to improving the overall socio-economic environment for fostering a more inclusive growth.
