E-Learning Support for the NGO PEAC, Kunming, China
A Workshop for e-Learning on Internet-driven Biosafety Education and Advocacy was held in Kunming in January 2010. A Wiki was prepared on the Internet and all participants were registered there in advance, so that they had access to all the material for the course beforehand. The participants were describing themselves and their expectations on the Wiki and so got to know the tool.
The combination between content related issues demonstrated and explained in Kunming and technical aspects trained through daily connection via Internet (Adobe Connect Pro) contributed to a successful and much appreciated course.
