Evaluation of the DVV International Projects in South-East Africa
DVV International is the Institute for International Cooperation of the Deutscher Volkshochschul-Verband e.V. and has several partner countries worldwide in which it carries out projects in Adult Learning Education (ALE). The objective of the consultancy services is to evaluate the impact of DVV’s projects in Malawi and Mozambique. The FAKT team of evaluation experts is conducting a 2-phased evaluation following OECD/DAC criteria and applying a multi-method approach. Evaluation products will be prepared in English and Portuguese.
