Evaluation of the Local Support Service of EED (Evangelischer Entwicklungsdienst e.V.) in Central America
With the help of CUDECA, a Costa Rican NGO, EED supports partner organisations in organisational and programmatic themes in Central America. Interventions regarding organisational development, strategic planning, institutional sustainability and other management related issues are carried out. In addition, networking and conceptual development regarding land use and ownership take place. Past activities as well as management processes were evaluated and recommendations for the next project phase were brought forward.
