Evaluation of the Regional Offices of ‘terre des hommes – Germany’
The German member of the international ‘terre des hommes’ – Association has a decentralized structure for their programme and project activities. Six regional offices (South America, Central America, Southern Africa, Western Africa, India, South East Asia) have been created in the last 25 years. They are responsible for the cooperation with the local partner organizations.
As a routine, every 5 or 6 years, tdh commissions external consultants with the evaluation of the performance of the regional offices and their communications with partner organizations and the head office.
Until now, five offices have been evaluated already. The evaluation of the India office took place in 2010.
