Facilitation of Working Groups for the Merger of Brot für die Welt and Evangelischer Entwicklungsdienst e.V.
In 2012 BfdW and EED will merge. The boards of BfdW and EED ask their staff for proposals regarding several topics related to future structures and procedures. Workshops with staff members from different levels in both agencies are held for the stock taking of the present status and the development of key elements of new concepts for selected topics.
