Green Transformation Competences for VET Education in Serbia

The transition towards a greener economy is rapidly changing skills requirements and creating new demands for vocational education and training (VET). FAKT supports the GIZ project “Vocational Education and Youth Employment in Serbia” in strengthening green transformation competences within Serbia’s vocational education and training (VET) system. The assignment focuses on selected schools, teachers, school managers and students in sectors with strong relevance for the green transition, particularly renewable energy and construction. It contributes to the greening of educational profiles and school practice by linking green skills development with institutional change, practical teaching approaches and student-led innovation.
