Implementation of Central Project Evaluations on behalf of GIZ

FAKT has conducted numerous Central Project Evaluations (CPE / ZPE) for GIZ covering a wide range of thematic expertise, such as economic development and employment, technical and vocational education and training, governance and democracy, social protection and social cohesion, migration, reconstruction and peace, climate change adaptation, environmental protection and biodiversity, natural resource management, rural development, agriculture and food security, water and energy supply, as well as sanitation and waste management.

The FAKT team of expert evaluators conducts these 3-phase complex and theory-based evaluations, applying the OECD/DAC criteria in a mixed-methods approach including contribution analysis, follow-the-money and qualitative means of data collection such as semi-structured key informant interviews.

The FAKT team evaluates GIZ projects in a participatory manner and encourage both, accountability and learning.
