National Training Workshop on Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Reduction / Disaster Risk Assessment and Planning

The workshop focused on creating a common understanding of concepts regarding Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) / Disaster Risk Assessment and Planning (DRAP). The trainer compiled elements of different approaches to provide participants with an approach which would be applicable in a mainstreaming manner. Thus, partners acquired basic skills and tools for Disaster Risk Assessment and Planning (DRAP) and discussed the possibilities of implementing DRAP in running programmes and projects.
