Peaceful and Inclusive Transhumance: Capacity Building on the Prevention and Management of Conflicts Linked to Transboundary Transhumance in the Lake Chad Region

The objective of the consultancy services is to support the GIZ PETRA project (Peaceful and Inclusive Transhumance in the Lake Chad Region) by strengthening local, regional, and national capacities for managing conflicts related to transboundary transhumance across the Lake Chad region (Chad, Cameroon, Niger and Nigeria). Through tailored training and coaching sessions, PETRA stakeholders are empowered with the knowledge and practical tools required to prevent and address conflicts, thereby mitigating potential sources of tension and instability.
