Technical Advice for GIZ’s Sector Project Rural Development
The Sector Project Rural Development in the field of climate risk management, climate change adaptation and mitigation initiative operates globally, advising the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) on effective concepts for sustainable rural development. It reviews, presents, and integrates approaches, methods, and implementation experiences into national and international discussions. Key focus areas include rural regional development, governance in rural areas, land access, agroecological transformation, conservation and sustainable use of natural resources, and climate change.
